Q. IS IT BETTER TO REPAIR OR REPLACE A BROKEN HOME APPLIANCE?

A. A broken appliance in a home will lead to one of two choices. You can schedule appliance repair to try to save money and keep on using the current refrigerator, oven, dishwasher or washer or dryer or replace the appliance with a brand new model.

Household appliances come with an expected lifetime. If the current appliance is in the earlier or middle timeframe of that lifetime, we would recommend scheduling our appliance repair company. If the home appliance is nearing the end of its expected lifetime, we would recommend to replace it with a new model if your budget allows.

Here are the expected lifetimes of all types of household appliances:

Dishwasher: 10 years
Washer: 11 years
Dryer: 14 years
Refrigerator: 15 years
Gas Ovens: 15 years
Electric Stove: 15 years
Freezer: 15 years

Q. DOES YOUR SERVICE INCLUDE A WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE?

A. We do. We offer a warranty on manufacturer parts and our labor. We only use manufacturer parts for LG, Frigidaire, GE, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Amana, Wolf, Whirlpool and all other popular appliance brands to protect the manufacturer’s warranty. Do not hesitate to reach out to us anytime after our service if issues persist with your home appliance.

Q. DO YOU REPAIR THE BROKEN APPLIANCE ON YOUR INITIAL TRIP?

A. We can. We fill all of our service vans with over 90% of the most common manufacturer appliance parts and all of the necessary tools to complete our repair service. In the event we need to come back at a later date to finish a repair, there will be no extra service fee. We estimate we can finish over 90% of appliance repair appointments during the first trip.

Q. WILL YOU NOTIFY ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL?

A. Yes. We provide a 2-3 hour timeframe for our technician to arrive at your house. We know how important our customer’s time is and we do our best to arrive during the earlier part of our scheduled timeframe. But, if a previous repair or appointment lasts longer than expected, this allows the repairman a little time to be able to still arrive on schedule in the service window. We call 10-20 minutes before their arrival for notice.
